Parent Consultations
Parent consultations are structured, short-term sessions where Renee Armstead works directly with parents without the child present. The purpose of the consultation is to assess behavioral issues, develop and implement strategies for home or school.

Purpose
To address specific behavioral, emotional, or developmental concerns, creating a tailored plan for the child.

Process
Consultations may include educating parents, analyzing child behaviors, setting up routines, and practicing responses to challenging scenarios.

Benefits
Increased parental confidence, improved relationships with the child, and decreased problematic behaviors.

Often 1-hour sessions either in-person or via telehealth video and may include reviewing records or school observations.
