Insurance
Most insurance companies will reimburse a percentage of the session cost, depending on your plan.
Contact your insurance company to ask about your benefits for mental health counseling.
Children First Counseling, LLC will provide you with a “super bill” for each date of service. This “super bill” will provide all the information your insurance company requires in order to reimburse you.
Payment
Counseling sessions are on a fee for service basis. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered in the form of cash or check.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged for any cancelled or missed sessions without 24 hours notice.
