Renee has over 28 years of extensive clinical experience working with children and adults in private and social service organizations. In 1999, Renee received her play therapy certification as a Registered Play Therapist and specializes in this type of treatment of children. She has been a clinical consultant for the Early Head Start program; Supervision for other therapists and play therapists, expert witness testimony, and legal case consultation. She has also been a speaker providing professional training on the topics of children, behaviors, and play therapy.

Renee is the owner of Children First Counseling, LLC and has worked and was licensed in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.  Since moving to Columbus in 2005, she has maintained her license in the state of Ohio.
